Breanna Miettinen
Board Chair
Breanna, an enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, holds a B.S. in Accounting and brings valuable insight into finance and the CDFI industry. She helps ensure LLFS programs remain ethical, empowering, and responsive to community needs.
William Ethier
Policy Committee Member
William is the Chief Executive Officer of Leech Lake Gaming and has been a dedicated member of the LLFS Policy Committee since 2015. He brings steady leadership, insight, and a strong commitment to advancing financial empowerment for the community we serve.
Katie Machayya
Lending Committee Member
Katie is a cosmetologist and business owner with 12 years of experience serving the community. She leads a growing salon team and owns a wellness-focused salt spa, bringing a compassionate, real-world small business perspective to LLFS lending decisions.
Sarah Kuesel
Board Member
Sarah brings 11+ years of experience in private banking operations, including managing tribal corporate accounts at Deerwood Bank. Her expertise in financial management supports LLFS’s mission to provide safe, accessible pathways to stability, credit-building, and homeownership.
Jaimee Duffy
Board Member
Jaimee holds a B.S. in Marketing Communication and has 11+ years of experience in career advancement and strategic outreach at BSU. Her leadership and communication expertise help strengthen LLFS’s work in financial access and education.
Gordon Fineday
Board Member
Gordon Fineday serves as the Executive Director of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and is an enrolled member of the Band. His work focuses on self-governance, economic and community development, human services, and health initiatives that strengthen the Leech Lake community.
