HomeChoice Program: A Path to Homeownership

The HomeChoice Program was created to help community members navigate that journey with confidence.

Through education, coaching, and access to resources, HomeChoice helps participants prepare for homeownership by strengthening financial skills, improving credit readiness, and understanding available financing opportunities.

Participants learn about budgeting, credit, mortgage readiness, and the homebuying process while exploring resources that may help reduce barriers to homeownership.

For eligible participants, additional support may be available through down payment assistance programs and other homeownership initiatives.
